North Inlet-Winyah Bay CTP serves the Grand Strand area through successfully-established and well-maintained partnerships with local government and private industry.  These partnerships provide opportunities to train decision-makers at a regional scale over multiple juristdictions, thus facilitating coastal resource management at a watershed scale.
