| Wild bachelor's button, also known as candy
root or dwarf milkwort, can be found in moist pinelands, often growing
up between dead pine needles. This herb is most easily recognizable
by its fuzzy yellow ball shaped flowers that bloom from March to October,
and teardrop-shaped spatulate leaves. |
